Charlotte holds a J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, along with B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from Ohio University.
A proud Cleveland native, Charlotte is a devoted member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and a passionate sports fan—cheering on the Cleveland Browns, Guardians, and both men’s and women’s college basketball teams.
